Additional Payment Information
First and last month's board due upon arrival (plus $1000 deposit). A $50 discount will be applied to board and training bills paid before the first of the month. Pre-pay discount does not apply to lesson packages. Thank you so much for your business!
Late Fees and Credit Cards

PayPal and Venmo accepted directly to Ali McCool, not through QuickBooks.

A $50 credit will be applied to any bill paid before the 1st of the month.

Any unpaid bills at shows paid for by Boxwood Equestrian will have a $25 service fee.

Returned check fees are $50.

A credit card convenience fee will be added to any invoice paid using a credit card.
Payment of Board, Invoices, and Unpaid Bills
Payment for Board and/or Training services is due on the 1st of each month. All other invoices are due upon receipt. Boxwood Equestrian, LLC agrees to board the horse at the facility and provide the agreed-upon board and training services. Boarding and Training fees may change at Boxwood Equestrian, LLC’s discretion at any time within 30 days notice to the Owner by mail, email to the Owner's address provided, and/or posting at the Facility. The Owner understands and agrees that any Boarding Fee paid after the 5th day of the month may be increased by an additional $50.00 for that month as a discretionary late fee. If the Owner fails to pay any amount due for more than 30 days from the date due, Boxwood Equestrian, LLC may immediately accelerate all other amounts due under this Agreement. Any Payment rejected for insufficient funds entitles Boxwood Equestrian, LLC to collect from the Owner, in addition to the Boarding/Training Fee and accrued interest, the applicable bank fee, or other financial penalty to Boxwood Equestrian, LLC for the Owner's failed payment, as well as attorney’s fees incurred to collect the unpaid amount due. The Owner understands and agrees that the Board and Training fee remains due and owing regardless of whether the Horse is injured, ill, temporarily relocated, or for any other reason unavailable for Boxwood Equestrian, LLC to provide services unless and until the Agreement is terminated under its terms.
